熱海銀座に今年新しくオープン。銀シャリと名前にあるだけあって、注文時から釜で炊いてくれるご飯と、直ぐに出てくるご飯が選べる。炊き上がりまで30分の時間を考え釜炊きは断念。

アジフライが食べたかったので、少し欲張りミックスフライにした。アジフライとエビフライは新鮮だし良かったが、イカやコロッケは既成の冷凍を使用。そこは残念だがタップリのタルタルソースはタルタル好きにはたまらない。サラダも沢山。一番美味しかったのは茶碗蒸し、良い仕事したオーソドックスな茶碗蒸しを昼から頂いた。

食べてたら、ドジョウの唐揚げは生きたドジョウを唐揚げにしてたので、この店は選ぶべき品を選んだら、美味い店だなと実感したが、思うところがあり、リピはしない。
