本日の食べ歩きは熱海市にて地魚の刺身と海鮮活貝焼き等を頂きます。
10月23日から1泊2日で熱海市に秋の花火を鑑賞しに来ましたよ～！
熱海駅へ11時に到着して熱海後楽園行のバスに乗り予約していたお店に到着。
久し振りの花火大会との事で混雑が見込まれるので事前に予約して訪問ですよ。
入店しテーブル席に着座して数量限定の地魚刺身と活貝焼きセット等を注文！
料理の提供前に生ビールを注文して熱海市到着の乾杯ですよ(*^o^)／＼(^-^*)
クゥ～！キンキンに冷えた生ビールが乾き切った喉に染み渡り美味しいね！！
料理を待つ事10分程で先に地魚のタカノハダイの刺身が提供となりました。
早速シェアして頂きます。
・タカノハダイの刺身1,000円(税込)
秋から冬にかけて脂が乗ってくるタカノハダイは綺麗なピンク色の切り身です。
程良く脂が乗った刺身はコリコリとした歯触りで甘味が有り美味しいですね。
・活貝焼きセット2人前2,800円(税込)
ハマグリ、サザエ、ホタテを焼き立てで提供するスタイルの2人前の内容です。
焼きハマグリは程良い弾力が有る口当たりで磯の香りが口に広がり美味しいね。
小振りなサザエはコリコリとした歯触りで肝の苦味が良く此方も美味しいです。
ホタテは香ばしいバター醤油風味が食欲を増進させる味わいでお酒が進みます！
・白ハマグリリゾット風2人前1,780円(税込)
バターと磯の香豊かなリゾットはハマグリのエキスがご飯に溶け込んで旨いね。
・タコ天と生姜天500円(税込)
タコ天はモチモチ食感の衣に歯応えの良いタコが入って有り味付けも良いです。
生姜天も前項と同じ口当たりで生姜の辛味と塩味でサッパリとした味わいです。
ご馳走様でした。
新鮮な刺身と活貝焼きセット等は食感が良く具沢山で美味しい内容でしたね。
お腹が満たされた午後は近くのロープウェイに乗って観光を楽しんで来ます！
