田方郡函南町肥田にある『赤から 函南店』さん。
友人からのお薦め焼肉と鍋の店です。
友人と食事をしようということになって、20時頃に夕食として頂きました。
夕食とはいっても友人が車を出してくれて、「呑んでいいよ。」と言ってくれたので僕には飲み会ですね。
お店横の駐車場はほぼ満車で、土曜日の夜だからなのか警備員さんがいます。
タイミングよく駐車出来ました。（第2駐車場有り）
混んでいる時は名前を書いて待つようですが、入店してすぐに4人がけテーブルに案内。（座席数は140席で、テーブル席は仕切りが動かせるので大人数にも対応出来ます。お座敷も有るようです。）
赤から鍋とせせり焼きが有名なお店で、赤から鍋と焼肉が食べれる食べ放題がお得です。
食べ放題は『満腹コース』と『豪快コース』の2種類があり、今回は安い方の『満腹コース』2980円（税抜）と『飲み放題』1500円（税抜）を注文。
友人は運転があるので『ソフトドリンク飲み放題』500円（税抜）を注文。
注文はタッチパネルで、赤から鍋はスタッフに注文するシステムです。
先ずは焼肉からスタートです。
タン→カルビ（塩）→ハラミ（塩）→ロース（塩）→豚トロ（塩）→カルビ（たれ）→ハラミ（たれ）→ロース（たれ）→鶏せせり（赤）→マルチョウ（味噌）→シロコロ（味噌）と焼肉を注文。
友人の薦めるタンや塩味のお肉には薬味の「塩ねぎ」、たれは甘口なので薬味の「辛味噌」で辛さを調節して食べると美味しく頂けます。
サラダやおつまみも色々あります。
生キムチ（白）・赤キュウ・白菜キムチ・味噌串かつ・手羽先の唐揚げを注文。
手羽先の唐揚げの食べ方はお店に書いてあるので参考にしてみて下さい。
満腹になる前に赤から鍋です。
赤から鍋は0から5までの辛さの鍋があり、3番鍋が一番人気でお薦めの辛さということなので3番鍋を注文。
辛さも丁度良く、寒い日には美味しく頂けます。
友人の薦める〆の「チーズリゾット」は、鍋を食べた後に店員さんにお願いすると美味しく作ってくれます。
最後はデザートです。
バニラソフト・チョコソフト・杏仁豆腐を注文。
ラストオーダーまでに注文なので、溶けてしまうソフトは鍋の前でしたが美味しく頂きました。
時間は90分ラストオーダー制の120分なので
、焼肉・赤から鍋とお酒を充分満喫出来ると思います。
友人や家族で行くには良いです。
大食いな方へはお薦めです。
