コロナの影響か漁港周辺も
休み中とは思えないくらいの客数
以前はもっと賑わっていましたが…
14時過ぎということもあり
どこの飲食店もガラガラ
しらすと桜海老を食べたかったため
教えて!食べログ先生！
ということで食べログ検索で上位に位置する
こちら「かもめ丸」さんにお邪魔しました！
もちろん待ちなしで着席！
メニューは生しらすと桜海老がいただける
ぬまづ丼としらすサラダをオーダー
待つこと15分
ぬまづ丼と赤だし到着！
続いて10分ほどでしらすサラダ到着！
まずはサラダからいただきます！
サラダは釜揚げしらすが山盛り！
程よい塩気でこれなら
ドレッシングはいらないですね！
肝心のぬまづ丼は
食べ方があるらしくまずはしらす、
桜海老、あじをご飯と一緒に単品ずつで
食べて欲しいとのこと。
生しらすは甘味が感じられるらしいですが
この時には感じられず
どちらかというと塩気の方が勝ります。
桜海老はややパリパリとした食感で
甘いです。
アジは歯応えがしっかりとしています。
他の店舗でも食べたかったですが
サラダのボリュームが凄まじく
腹パンで完食(笑)
ペース配分大事ですな(^^;
