車で三嶋まで来たので、いただきました。
私はこちらの鰻が1番好きです。
フワッフワで香ばしく、さっぱりくどくない。
脇役である糠漬けは、ずっと糠を大切に育ててきている味がします。お味は言うまでもありません。
山椒が素晴らしい爽やかさと痺れ。
こちらは、譲っていただけないとか。
