魚介系、特に煮干しや鰹節系はあまり好きではない。
ここは典型的な魚介系。
店内にもカツオ煮干し系の香りが漂う。
オーソドックスな醤油に海苔をトッピング。
麺は太麺細麺選べるようだが太麺で。
ちゃんと作られた感の強い、良い旨みのラーメン。
味は醤油キレキレで濃く感じたが、後味はさっぱり。
でも残念ながらあまり好みではなかった。
焦がしネギの方が良かったかな？
地元の方には人気の店のようで、少し遅めだったけどひっきりなしにお客さん来てました。
