ヴァンジの彫刻で精神が満足したあとに、今度は胃袋も満足させるべく作られたレストラン。
お昼だったので、セコンドピアットの無い、前菜とパスタだけのメニューを選びました。
全体に洗練された盛り付け。この値段だと洗練よりも素朴を優先させるレストランが多いのですが、ここは内装もおしゃれですし、洗練第一。
味付けは薄味。例えば、生で食べる茄子の突き出しの茄子の皮がちょっと固め、とか、神が満足したあとに、今度は胃袋も満足させるべく作られたレストラン。

でも、メインをいただいていないので、本当の実力はわかりませんね。
サービスはとってもフォーマルで固め。行き届いています。でも、リゾートのレストランなのだからもう少しフレンドリーな感じでも良いのではないかなあ、と思いました。
