再訪☆☆ : Gochisou Sakabau

With the busy schedule at work, I haven't been able to go to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and bars in Shizuoka City, Fujieda, and Yaizu with my friends and coworkers in Shizuoka Prefecture. After finishing work in Fuji City, I had lunch at Gusto for the summer fair and a draft beer (only for friends), and then, at 5pm, I went back to my destination, Gochisou Sakaba U~, for the first time in three years. The menu had been completely revamped since I went there in 2020. The interior of the restaurant is the same, with a private room (with a sunken kotatsu table) and a counter for a small number of people. When ordering, you can only order through LINE, which has changed to a strange system. It's quite convenient to use (lol) ■ [Spanish teriyaki] ... 605 yen (tax included) The "grilled salmon collar" was sold out, so I ordered this. Two thick slices of Spanish mackerel. The taste wasn't bad, and it was a good snack to go with my female friend's drinks☆ ■ [Mentaiko and egg with double cheese] ... 429 yen (tax included) The egg roll with gooey cheese and mentaiko add an accent, making it a great snack☆ ■ [Kimchi fried rice] ... 429 yen (tax included) Three years ago, they had regular fried rice, but they didn't have it this time, so I ordered this. The portion is good for the price. As for the taste, the kimchi is a good accent to the fried rice. ■ [Fujinomiya Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)] ... 429 yen (tax included) Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) had a lot of cabbage, but the portion was small. I felt that the noodles were a little weak in texture to be called Fujinomiya Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). ■ [Appetizer] (potato salad) x 2... 1,056 yen (tax included) This is a restaurant that advertises cheap food, but the small amount of potato salad is just an appetizer, so I guess it's not very cost-effective (^^; ■ [Medium draft beer]... 429 yen (tax included) My female friend ordered about five of these. It's cheap ☆ ■ [Cold tea] ■ [Hot green tea]... 110 yen (tax included) Soft drinks are also 385 yen including tax, so this tea is cheap. Cold tea is served in a glass with ice, and hot green tea is served in a teacup. Overall, it's a lively Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and since most of the rooms are private, it's very convenient ☆ (o^-')b The staff are very energetic and kind ☆ It's also nice that it's open late at night. On the way back, we went to an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) called "Gochisou Sakaba Uu". The restaurant is located next to "Daiso" along Prefectural Route 139 in Fujinomiya City. There are private rooms (sunken kotatsu style) for various numbers of people, as well as counter seats. ■ [Thick omelet] ... 390 yen (excluding tax) I was torn between this and the "Mentaiko and egg with double cheese grill", but my female friend ordered this as a snack to go with her drinks. It was an easy-to-eat omelet with a nice sweetness and egg flavor. ■ [Salmon belly grill] ... 390 yen (excluding tax) We also ordered this as a snack. A dish of grilled salmon seasoned with a rich sweet sauce. It was delicious ☆ (o^-')b ■ [Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)] ... 390 (excluding tax) Simple fried noodles. The seasoning and the generous amount of cabbage are not bad. ■ [Fried rice] ... 390 yen (excluding tax) The ingredients are chopped onion, chopped green onion, chopped pork, chopped shiitake mushroom, and egg. This is a simple, Japanese-style "fried rice."
