富士市で忘年会。コロナ禍が明けてから初めての年末。忘年会の予定を組むのも気合が入る。ほぼ連日の宴会に少しグロッキー気味ではあるが、夕方になるとなぜか元気が復活する。
この日は出張先の富士市で飲み会。
予約いてもらったお店に到着するとなかなか趣深い外観。店内に入っても雰囲気がよく、身体がポカポカ温まるような感覚。良きお店だ。
料理も趣向が凝らされている。最初に七輪が卓上に運ばれ、あなごとさつま揚げを自分たちで焼いて食べる料理でスタート。焼き加減が良く分からず焼きすぎてしまったかもしれないが、そのプロセスが楽しい。
続いてお造りの盛り合わせが運ばれる。ここでは生わさびを添えるサービスが嬉しい。
一品ずつ工夫してお客さんを喜ばそうという気概が感じられるコース。
楽しい夜となった。
