週末の12時過ぎに到着すると駐車場らしき場所にはびっちり車が埋まっている。
想定外の混雑に怯んでしまう。
気を取り直して改めて逆方向から向かうと少しだけ離れた場所にも駐車場があるのを発見。
無事駐車しお店へと向かうと店内は8割程度埋まっているものの席には空きはある。
店内真ん中あたりにある券売機へ歩を進め、そこでチケットを購入。
・釜玉うどん 350円
・天ぷら各種 120円
天ぷらは野菜かき揚げと半熟たまご。
初訪問なので何とも落ち着かないのは仕方がない。
チケットはカウンターで店員さんに渡し、そこで代わりに番号札を受け取り、席で待つ。
このようなシステムのようだ。
そしてつゆは別のテーブルに温かいかけ用、冷たいかけ用、そして釜玉用、揚げ玉、ネギなどが置かれている。
待つこと少々で手際よく完成したうどんには生たまごのみ乗った状態。
そこへ自分で好きなだけ汁を投入。
うどんは半透明のような少し透き通っている。
口当たりはつぅるんつぅるん。
滑らかで心地よい。
こしもしっかり、そして弾力も適度にあり、こりゃ旨い。
釜玉の汁は鰹出汁が効いていてこれまた旨い。
1玉だとあっという間に平らげてしまう。
天ぷらは揚げ置きなのでさすがにさくさくとは言えないが、出汁にくぐらせて食べると美味しい。
種類も豊富で、かき揚げ、半熟たまご、万願寺とうがらし、いか、ちくわ、いかげそ、鶏ささみがこの日はあった。
ご飯類を食べたい時はおにぎりも用意されている。
次はめんたい釜玉、そしてかけうどんと今後も楽しめそうなお店を発見した。

温かけうどんが1玉290円。
出汁は入れ放題でこの出汁もまた旨い。
遅めの時間でなければ天ぷらも充実し、またおにぎりもとり揃えている。
どんどん飲食代が上がっていく中、この価格で美味しいうどんでお腹を満たせるのは幸せ以外のなにものでもない。
