本日はこちらへ！
焼津市内で人気トップクラスのラーメン屋です。平日の11時過ぎ、少し早めのランチですが、お客さんで常に満席になるほど。店内はBGM無しで少々寂しい。
オーダーは醤油か塩で迷いましたが…
・鶏味玉しお 800円/税込
・麺増量 30円/税込
3〜4分で着丼、早いですね。
スープは透き通り、鶏油の膜がキラリと光ります。味わいはクリアながらもコクがしっかり感じられ、鶏の芳醇な風味が口の中に広がります。麺は細麺ストレート、少し柔らかめな茹で加減で、スープとの相性はグッド。
トッピングはどれも質が高い。
メンマはコリコリの食感が残っているタイプで、多めで嬉しい。味玉は柔らかく絶妙な黄身加減、チャーシューはレトロなタイプだけれど、厚切りで味がしっかり染みてました。海苔や白葱、ほうれん草とアクセントとして素晴らしい。
ご馳走様でした。
バランスの取れた、完成度の高い淡麗系のラーメンですね。次は醤油を頂きに伺いたいです。
