一流さんには随分前から行っていますが、ここの料理は全般的に旨いです。
特に刺身は下手な寿司屋さんより、良いモノが揃っています。
その他におススメと言えば、銀ダラの西京漬けです。香ばしく焼き上がった時の香りと味は格別です。大将が自分で仕込んでいますので、味は保障できますよ。
それと、自家製の水キムチ。メニューに載っていないかもしれませんが（私はいつもメニューを見ずにオーダーしますので、載っているのか定かではありません、裏メニューかも）、これも酒の肴に最高です。すっきり、さっぱりしたキムチで、野菜の旨みが出た汁がまた旨いんですよね。
その他私の定番は卵焼きと鶏の唐揚げで、ほとんど行く度に今回紹介した料理を肴に一杯やっています。
結構込み合っていることが多いので、事前に予約した方が入りやすいお店です。また、大将は一見コワモテでビックリするかもしれませんが、人は良いので常連になるとより楽しめますよ。
