総評
浜松に来たら鰻か餃子という定番のグルメコース。
鰻はまた別の場所でいただくことにし、浜松では気軽にいただける餃子を選択です。
石松餃子さんの概要に関しては既にほかのレビュワーさんたちが、わたしよりも巧緻な文章で分かりやすく紹介しているはずので、そちらをご覧くださいませ。
ここではわたしの直感的な感想だけを述べたいと思います。
食した感想は、こちらの餃子はキャベツ主体の餡が主役の非常にあっさりとした軽やかで食べ疲れしなさそうだと感じました。
それ故に肉肉しさはまったくなく、さらにニラを効かせたパンチのあるパワフルさもありません。
しかしながら、非常に純朴な味であり地味ではありますが、この軽やかさが老若男女問わず浜松市民に愛された万人受けする餃子であるというのも食してみれば、納得せざるを得ません。
ですが、やっぱりわたしはあの肉汁が溢れて、ニラ臭さがガツンと来る、そしてさらに大量のギトギト油を使って表面を香ばしく揚げ焼きにした男臭い餃子の方が好みだと改めて思いましたね。
餃子の本場で自身の餃子の好みが分かるというのもなかなか面白い発見です。
