The breakfast venue at Richmond Hotel. You can use it even if you're not staying at the hotel, but it's a little more expensive. The breakfast is All-you-can-eat buffet style. There was a wide selection of salads. There was a wide selection of leafy vegetables, Gyoza / Dumpling, seaweed, etc. There were also dishes you'd want to eat if you were staying in Shizuoka, such as green tea soba, Hamamatsu gyoza, and eel rice. However, Gyoza / Dumpling was popular, and there was a long gap. . . The milk was good. The name of the farm was written, but I forgot it. I tried the cafe latte because I like that milk, but it was no good. The coffee was probably not espresso. It wasn't cafe au lait either. The coffee was weak. . . The Hamamatsu Gyoza / Dumpling was popular, but it was far from the Ishimatsu I had last night. I even thought that it might be better not to have it on the menu. Because people who didn't have time to eat it would eat it and think that Hamamatsu Gyoza / Dumpling is just like that. The eel rice is ordinary if you eat it as it is, but it's excellent when made into Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. Add the dashi stock, green onions, and chopped seaweed as condiments to make Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）, which turned out to be surprisingly good.
