We use natural fish from Suruga Bay purchased daily from reliable producers, vegetables and fruits from Shizuoka Prefecture, and the blessings of the earth. We carefully consider the ingredients and change the cooking methods such as steaming, baking, and frying, as well as the seasoning, every day. Please enjoy the carefully planned menu of products that make the most of the natural charm of the ingredients, prepared by chefs who have demonstrated their skills in various countries.
