毎年「陣太鼓」さんの年末は激混みなので予約して訪問。L字カウンターと座敷3卓は満席。
「陣太鼓」さんは家族経営のアットホームなお店。
ネタと腕が良いので、食べたいものを言えば、刺しや焼き、揚げ、茹でなど、食材の旨味を引き出した調理にて提供してくれます。
そしてビールはワタクシの大好きなサッポロの黒と赤星両方揃えており、また、日本酒は大将ご親族が営んでいる静岡掛川・土井酒造場の銘酒「開運」がフルラインナップ。
これで評価が高くないのが不思議。。。
皆さん知らないのかな？
でも、ひっきりなしに予約していないお客さんや電話がかかってくるけど皆さんお断り。
知られたらもっと混んでしまいますので、このままそっとしておきましょう。
