仕事で静岡に訪れた際に食べログ検索でヒットし訪れました。
静岡駅から住宅街を抜けしばらく歩きます。
11月初旬とは思えぬ暖かな陽気、少し汗ばんで来た頃に到着です。
並んでこそなかったものの、ほぼ満席状態の人気ぶりです。
中央のテーブルに案内され、ロースカツ定食を注文。
店内の雰囲気も良く居心地も良いですね。
待つ事15分ほどでお漬物、ご飯、赤出しの味噌汁から到着、ほどなくしてロースカツのお目見えです。
完璧なビジュアルですね！
最初はお塩で頂きました。
まず一口食べて上質な豚の脂と甘さが口いっぱいに広がり、ご飯が欲しくなるというよりその余韻にしばらく浸りました。。
本当に美味しいトンカツ！
また静岡に訪れた際に必ずおじゃまします！
