何度か見かけていたのですが、折衷料理って何？と怪しげなお店かと勝手な思い込みをしており申し訳ございませんでした。カウンターで見ていましたが、とてもちゃんとしたお料理をされるお店です。
私のオーダーは日替わりから「鯛と小芋の唐揚げおろしポン酢」です。
お隣の先客にはハッシュドビーフとビーフコロッケのランチが運ばれて来ました。とても美味しそうです。こっちにすべきだったか？
いや、ほどなく提供された私のメニューも美味しそうです。
メインの鯛、小芋はもちろん美味しかったですが、大根となす、赤こんにゃくの煮物もほのかな甘みがいい感じです。
サラダに乗っかっているのは見た目からするとアレなのか？と思いながら食べるとやっぱりアレでした。アレをドレッシングのように使うとは...（何だったかはあえて言わない笑）
とてもマジメに料理されている雰囲気と接客の態度、とてもいいお店だと思います。
