8月らしい猛暑に見舞われた水曜日、社用のため坂戸市内を訪ね歩いています。この日の昼食はこちらにて。長閑な地域に見つけた一軒家レストランで、店前の駐車場へ運転する車を滑り込ませました。
■『天ざるうどん』-1,260円-
武蔵野や讃岐に属さない真っ白なうどんは、しっかりした弾力と噛み応えを有しています。鰹が香る出汁つゆに浸すことで、オーソドックスな味わいに深みが加わり美味しく頂けますね。ネギやワサビを出汁つゆに入れ、少しずつ風味を変えていく楽しみもありました。
各種の野菜とエビからなる天ぷらの盛り合わせ。サクッとした食感がいずれも心地良く、前述したうどんとの相性は言わずもがな。とても美味しかったです。
ご近所では知られた存在なのか店内にはたくさんのお客さまが。皆さんお喋りを楽しみながら、中心メニューのうどんや蕎麦をオードブルプレートと合わせて召し上がっていらっしゃいました。少し分かりにくい場所ではありますが、リラックスできる雰囲気もあり、また伺いたいお店ですね。美味しいうどん、ごちそうさまでした。
