The first thing I noticed about Kushi Dining Hibiki, a skewered restaurant that I was introduced to by a friend, was that both the exterior and interior of the restaurant were very stylish.It had the atmosphere of Italian Cuisine or Wine Bar. The food is mainly Fried Skewers and Grilled skewer, but there is also a wide variety of dishes such as Japanese black beef, Cow tongue Steak, and Ajillo to order include draft beer, Heineken, highball, and white wine. (I got drunk...) As for the dishes, selection ordered 2 types of ``5 types of Grilled skewer'', ``5 types of Fried Skewers'', and ``chilled skewers''. The cold skewers are ``tomato and cheese wrapped in Prosciutto'' and ``domestic beef tataki skewers with ponzu jelly.'' They look cute ♪ And the size and taste are perfect for appetizers (^^♪ Grilled skewer have a good balance of content. It was also delicious (^^♪. The beef skirt steak in particular was soft and flavorful and quite delicious☆ And the star of this review is the fried skewer! What's amazing about it is that the batter is extremely thin and crispy, and it's not heavy at all. No!!
