人類みな麺類から貝出汁感を引いて鯖節をぶち込んだかんじ。

麺は自家製麺で旨い。国産小麦（さぬきの風？）卵入り多加水麺のシコシコ太麺。
魚系スープはサバダシと貝柱だそうです。サバのダシが良い香りです。
