平日の夜、飲んだ〆に「楼蘭」さんに伺います。
時刻は2030頃、お店は半数ほどの入り、小生は勧められたカウンター席に陣取ります。
早速メニューを見て・・・
醤油らーめん(500円)
を願いします。ちなみにこの4月の価格ですが、今は上がっているかもです。
待つこと8分ほどで供されます。
早速行かせていただきます。
まず麺ですが、加水率高めの中華そばで、パツンと歯切れは何とも良いです。
麺自体の味は分かりませんでした。
ただ、食感良く、スープに良く絡むので飲みの〆にはもってこいな麺だと思います。
スープですが、ベースは鶏ガラみたいですが、あっさりしていてちょっとものたりなさを感じてしまいます。
暑い島ならではかもです。
具材ですが、チャーシュー、茹で卵半個、レタス、葱少々で、チャーシューは薄いですが、肉の味がしっかりしているチャーシューで、美味しいのです。
レタスは・・・ラーメンに合わせていたのは初めてですが、野菜の貴重な離島ではこういうこともたまにあるようです。
ゆで玉子はしっかり固ゆでになっていて、屋台のラーメンで楽しんだのを思い出しました。
ということで後は好きにいかせていただきます。
麺を啜り、スープを楽しんで、固形物を軽く完食してしまいます。
スープはしっかり残せました。
石垣島の夜を楽しめました。
ご馳走様でした。
