In order to match the highest quality Agu pork, we use only carefully selected vegetables grown in various parts of Okinawa Prefecture. We have a selection of delicious and healthy seasonal vegetables such as rare vegetables that can only be eaten in Okinawa (island carrots, island rakkyo, taro, green papaya, otaniwatari, and seaweed). Although it's full of volume, it's so healthy that even women can eat it all in one go. Please enjoy the colorful vegetables.
