お肉のような存在感を放ってました。
ポークもいい感じの塩味があって、
とにかく美味しすぎる!

イマイユ=新鮮な魚のこと。
ぶつ切りにされたお刺身と甘めの酢味噌が合う♡
お刺身がとにかくぷりぷりで美味しかった~♡

Visited on Saturday around 8pm. I made a reservation. Payment is only by cash or card. ■Appetizer: Salt-boiled chicken wings. It's so delicious♡ It's thoroughly cooked so it comes off the bone. ■Fuu Chanpuru: Fluffy champuru made with car-grilled wheat gluten. It's so delicious and the salt and pepper are just right♡ I want to recreate the taste, but I can't. Please tell me the trick. ■Sea grapes: They were dead. There wasn't much of a crunchy texture. I wish I had eaten fresh ones~ ■Jimami tofu: Peanut tofu. It was soft and chewy and delicious~♡ The rich Jimami tofu was covered in a sweet sauce, so it felt like a dessert◎ ■Rafute: The flavor didn't soak into the inside. It was soft, though. It was stewed in brown sugar and awamori, but the brown sugar was strong and it was sweet. ■Superb goat sashimi: What is the best...? It was not tasty at all. The smell could not be erased even with ginger. It was just thawed frozen food. In fact, it came out normally frozen. This is a misunderstanding for people who eat goat for the first time. I don't want people to eat goat for the first time. The fat had a terrible smell, but other than that, it was pretty good. Please try the goat sashimi at "Sakae" near Kokusai Street. I used to work part-time in the food and beverage industry, so I understand that if you know the people, it's easier to do things like cleaning or closing up the place, but it's not good when it's obvious.
