燻製たまごの香りと存在感が抜群で、
お酒にとにかく合う！
定番のポテトサラダも大人味に仕上がってました♡
■ふーちゃんぷるー
卵液を吸ったふわふわの車麩が
お肉のような存在感を放ってました。
ポークもいい感じの塩味があって、
とにかく美味しすぎる！
アテとして生まれてきたんやな、この子は。
■イマイユの酢味噌
イマイユ＝新鮮な魚のこと。
ぶつ切りにされたお刺身と甘めの酢味噌が合う♡
お刺身がとにかくぷりぷりで美味しかった～♡

It's so delicious and the salt and pepper are just right♡ I want to recreate the taste, but I can't. Please tell me the trick. ■Sea grapes: They were dead. There wasn't much of a crunchy texture. I wish I had eaten fresh ones~ ■Jimami tofu: Peanut tofu. It was soft and chewy and delicious~♡ The rich Jimami tofu was covered in a sweet sauce, so it felt like a dessert◎ ■Rafute: The flavor didn't soak into the inside. It was soft, though. It was stewed in brown sugar and awamori, but the brown sugar was strong and it was sweet. ■Superb goat sashimi: What is the best...? It was not tasty at all. The smell could not be erased even with ginger. It was just thawed frozen food. In fact, it came out normally frozen. This is a misunderstanding for people who eat goat for the first time. I don't want people to eat goat for the first time. The fat had a terrible smell, but other than that, it was pretty good. Please try the goat sashimi at "Sakae" near Kokusai Street.
