On the last night of my business trip, I was wandering around Kumoji town and saw a great price for all-you-can-drink, so I unexpectedly went into this restaurant. Of course I started with Orion beer, but my eyes were drawn to the sign in front of me that said "All you can drink Awamori self-service" and the nearly 50 bottles of Awamori. Challenge! There is also a soft drink server, and it is amazing that you can freely drink it with soft drinks or with black coffee, which is said to be a major drink in Okinawa. I didn't use it, but there is also a cara cara so you can enjoy it at your seat. This time, I tried the coffee mix and chose my favorite Kumesen Green as the base. I had never tried it before, but it is not a drink...it is so easy to drink and goes down so smoothly...it is so good! And it was so delicious and good value that I extended the all-you-can-drink limit for an hour and kept drinking coffeewari, and as a result, I think I drank 15 cups, an ataoka level^^; Along with the all-you-can-drink limit extension, I ordered soba-meshi with Okinawa Soba as a closing dish. It was quite hearty and tasty. There was also a menu where you could buy a whole fish from the market and eat it any way you like, but I gave it up because I was alone. If there had been more than one of us, I would have liked to eat it as sashimi or marinated in marsh~ I was pretty good drunk by the end, but this all-you-can-drink Awamori is too good a deal, and most importantly, you can drink sake from almost every brewery in the prefecture! This is so good that I want to make it a mecca for sake drinkers.
