I've been curious about Kawashige for a long time, so I went here to do some research before entertaining someone. If you are planning to entertain guests, you must research thoroughly! I was getting carried away. The conger eel was topped with the three major fish roe (?): sea urchin, salmon roe, and caviar.The thick roll was overflowing with sea urchin and other ingredients... Tempura was of course Tempura mainland-style tempura. I ordered Sukiyaki and it was luxurious beef and agu. The choice of vegetables is also perfect! Warishita is also good! Alcohol is also served in a clever way. The overall taste is a nice refreshing flavor. It had an elegant flavor. I'd like to relax and enjoy it at the counter, but the prices are quite high, so I think it's a great place to entertain guests!
