蒜山はジンギスカン激戦区。
でも飲食店はとても少ないんです。
ここは地元の人達の集まる焼肉屋さん。
店内は座敷もテーブルもあって
ファミリーでも使いやすいです。
ランチは焼きそばとジンギスカン定食がメイン。
夜は焼肉あるけど、予約して行った方がベストです。
ここのハラミが柔らかくて本当に美味しい…
タンも私が好きな薄さでくるので嬉しいです。
胡椒はふってあって塩とレモンはお好みで。
レモンが生身のレモンなのも新鮮なフレーバーで嬉しいです。
後は必ず締めに蒜山焼きそば。
ここの蒜山焼きそばが甘辛くて1番好き。
味がしっかりしていてお酒とも合いますよ。
