十割そばを求めて訪問。
朝、相方を岡山空港に送って、はらぺこ。
昨日まで出雲にいたけど蕎麦がう〜ん、、
で完全蕎麦モード。
開店まで時間あるし、桜も満開だし♡♡久しぶりに下道で真庭いくかぁ
11:00開店に到着！無玄蕎麦にしようと思っていましたが、張り紙も、店員さんも緑の十割そばがおすすめとのこと。
「今は緑です！」この一言で緑にしました。
・緑の十割そば
・辛味大根
・そばがき
体質的に炭水化物はあまり食べれませんが、美味しすぎて初めて蕎麦を1人前完食しました！！
蕎麦の香りも甘辛いつゆも好き♡
最初に蕎麦がき。
蕎麦を出すタイミングも、蕎麦がきが食べ終えた頃に、店員さんが、そろそろ蕎麦のご用意を……
とたずねてくださいました。
途中、大将がホールに出た時や帰り際に、声をかけていただきました。挨拶が誰よりも声が大きいのが素敵です。
