とても笠岡ラーメンらしい笠岡ラーメン。濃い
醤油味。鶏出汁。低下水系の麺。麺の味が強い。
中細麺を噛み締めると小麦の味とスープの味が
渾然一体となって美味しい。いで◯らや坂本と
遜色がないと感じる。電車で来ると駅の周りの
お店でしかいただけないが、自動車ならお店を
選ぶ幅が広がっていい。特徴的だと思うのは、
親鶏のチャーシューだけでなく、普通に豚肉の
チャーシューも乗っているところ。割りと肉が
多くて、肉二種のチャーシュー麺でも通りそう。
まぁ個人的には豚チャーシューにはこだわりが
ないので重要ではない。
ごちそうさまでした。
札幌の味噌、函館の塩、青森の煮干しだったり
味噌カレー牛乳、山形の鶏そば、福島の喜多方、
新潟の濃厚味噌に生姜、愛知の台湾ラーメン、
和歌山や徳島の醤油豚骨、鳥取の倉吉や山口は
下松の牛骨、福岡の獣香る豚骨。どれもこれも
リピートしているラーメンだが、笠岡もこれに
劣らずリピートしている。岡山はやはり笠岡だ。
