四万十ラーメンの時に訪問した時に変わった感じのラーメンだけどなんか美味しかった記憶がありまた行きたいと思ってたんですが、いつの間にか閉店？コロナ位？してたみたいで残念に思ってたんですが、店の前を通り掛かると建物は一緒で新しい店が出来ていたので、休みを利用して行ってきました。口コミを見て以前のラーメンがある感じだったので、早速将ラーメンとチャーシュー丼を注文しました。以前と異なりはじめに会計をしてセルフで取りに行くスタイルに変わってました。美味しさは変わってなかったですが洗練された感じでフードコート感がありました。
記憶にあった味とは少し違いましたが、しゃきしゃきもやしと紅しょうが小ぶりながら味の濃いチャーシューが細麺と良く合ってます。あっさりながら濃い味のスープが好みでした。
チャーシュー丼は他の人が書いてありましたが美味しいけど、あの大きさで￥330は少し高いかな。全体的には満足でした。
