夜は、瀬戸内の地魚のお店に。
郷土料理 浜吉。
岡山県の定番料理、ままかりなどが人気の居酒屋さんです。
メニューには、魚介類が盛りだくさん。
まずはお造りの盛り合わせと、ままかりの酢の物を注文しました(^ω^)

キリンラガーでぷはっと乾杯。
お通しは、しめじとほうれん草のおひたし。
ままかりとは、こはだに近いニシン科の「サッパ」という小魚。
酢漬けは、生と焼いたものの2種。ほどよい酸味がビールに合います(゜∀゜)
お造りの盛り合わせは、サワラに中トロ、真鯛とヒラメ。
岡山特産のサワラは、脂ノリノリ。ヒラメの縁側も脂がじゅわん(*゜▽゜)ノ
岡山の笠岡では、さっとゆでたシャコをお造りで食べます。
子持ちのシャコは、しっとりとした素朴な食感ヽ(´▽`)/
めばるの煮つけが到着しました。
しっとりと柔らかな白身に、つゆが染み染み(≧∇≦)/
ままかりの寿司で〆。
ほどよい酸味のままかりは、酢飯とももちろん合いますね。
岡山の味、あれこれ楽しかったですo(^▽^)o
