お盆最終日、予想最高気温
38℃の日曜のランチ、市役所
近くのバイシーパイスさんへ。
こちらは南インド系の本格的な
カレーが頂けるとのこと。
またSNSを積極的に活用されて
いるので、情報を貰えるのは
ありがたい。
今日の特別カリー
→チャイ付き1300円
今日の特別カリーは、マトンと
じゃがいもで、これもSNSで
事前に調べていましたが、
スタッフの方が丁寧に教えて
くれて、迷わず注文。
実は南インド系を食べるのは、
ほぼ初めてで、辛さを心配して
いましたが、全く問題なく、
丁度いい辛さ。
長粒米も思いのほか抵抗なく、
そう言えば、何十年か前に、
米不足でタイ米を食べたなあって
懐かしく思い出す程。
マトンも柔らかくて旨みが
感じられ、じゃがいもとの
組み合わせもバッチリ。
ちなみに、隣の方は大阪から
来られたとのことで、なかなか
ハイレベルなお店だと実感
しました。
あと、別の方が注文された
ミールスの食べ方を教えられて
いるのを聞いて、次回は
ミールスにチャレンジしようかと。
