初めての壱岐・対馬旅、対馬で２泊したあと壱岐に移動。
壱岐での２泊目は壱岐ステラコート太安閣さん、２食付きのプランです。
綺麗なホテルで施設も充実、温泉もいいお湯でした。
夕食は「ザ ダイニング 我羅」で、「島三昧会席」。
・先付 島野菜のバーニャカウダ
・八寸 壱岐牛一口ステーキ・ほうれん草胡麻和え・あさりうま煮
・お造 ヨコワ・ヤズ炙り・鯛・塩雲丹
・焼物 ムロアジの照り焼き
・鍋物 イサキのうにしゃぶ
・温物 わかめと雲丹の茶碗蒸し
・飯物 ヒラス茶漬け
・甘味 チョコムース・メロン・巨峰・シャインマスカット
壱岐の豊かな恵みを味わえる会席料理は、どれも美味しく大満足。
やはりお魚が新鮮で美味しいですね、イサキのうにしゃぶが気に入りました。
ムロアジの照り焼きは絶品、こんな美味しいアジは初めてです。
壱岐最後の夜、大満足のホテルと食事でした。
