長崎自慢のおいしい産品をまた紹介したいと思います。こちらのお店は五島バラモン揚げのお店になります。この辺でいう練り物のお店ですね。その場で揚げたてを試食できたり、購入できるということで、まずは試食を・・・えそ、あじ、玉ねぎの3種類あって、それぞれ食べてみました。結果、全部美味しい♪（笑）あとは好みによるのでしょう。個人的には玉ねぎ（150円/枚）が1番だったので、そちらをお願いしました。

自宅に帰って写真をとって、夜ごはんにしましたよ。厚みのあるバラモン揚げで、食べ応えがあります。玉ねぎと魚の甘みと旨みが絶妙にマッチしていて、美味しい～。食感もよく考えられていて、ぷりっとした練り物に玉ねぎのシャキシャキがいいアクセント♪パートナーも気に入ってくれました！よかった、よかった♪
