I called to change the reservation time to 7:30 PM, as hotel guests take priority and 7:00 PM was not available. It may become difficult to make external reservations in the future. I was a bit apprehensive due to some previous poor service, but I was relieved to find that everyone who assisted us was very pleasant.
The food was incredibly good value for the price, and everything was delicious. The wine pairing starts at JPY 3000 and is also tasty. The appetizers were great; the salmon was moist and delightful, and although the prosciutto is Italian, it was labeled as Jamón Serrano. The balance with the vegetables was excellent. The fried cheese paired with honey was outstanding. The swordfish was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it very tasty. The lamb was slow-cooked in a kiln, bursting with meaty flavor.
Finally, the pasta was served, showcasing the flavor of broccoli without being masked by salt. The dessert was also delicious, leaving me very satisfied. With this level of taste and value, I worry that it might become hard to get a reservation.
