I visited this place based on recommendations from locals during my trip to Karuizawa, and it was a fantastic choice.
Unlike the usual tourist spots, local recommendations are always reliable.
I was grateful to secure a reservation on the same day.
We went as a party of two and ended up trying quite a few dishes.
Since the chef specializes in oil-based dishes, we opted for the oil pasta, which was absolutely delicious.
When I complimented the salad dressing, the staff kindly offered to share the recipe with me.
I’ll definitely try making it at home.
This has become a must-visit restaurant for my next trip to Karuizawa!
