The restaurant has an open terrace that lets in lots of natural light, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. For such a substantial course, the price is amazing!
During my last visit to Karuizawa, MMop was still under preparation, but it has now opened, so I stopped by while sightseeing!

You could choose between lean cuts or ones with marbling! I picked the lean cut. The meat had plenty of flavor, and it was delicious simply with salt, but the special sauce loaded with mushrooms added a nice twist too! ☺
○ Rare Cheesecake
The cheesecake was topped with Nagano Purple grapes, which were delicious until the very last bite! ♫
I initially thought the focus would be only on the meat while other dishes might just be fillers, but I was truly impressed by how well-made every plate was. I'm very satisfied!
