During my stay at HIRAMATSU, I chose Italian cuisine.
It was delicious, but at this price point, it would honestly be surprising if it weren't.
Although it's Italian, being at HIRAMATSU, the sauces, plating, and portion sizes gave a French vibe.
The staff were all very attentive, but at this price, I personally prefer the Italian restaurants at Aman, Mandarin, or Shangri-La in Tokyo.
The Sea Bream was firm, robust, and delicious.
I was thrilled to see lamb on the menu, but the quality of the meat was so good that it could have done without the sauce.
The pasta was Carbonara. I don't particularly like it, so I thought, "Oh no," when I saw it on the menu, but the homemade noodles were tasty.
True to HIRAMATSU style, there were three types of desserts, but they were a bit too sweet for me, and I ended up leaving some, which I regret.
They quickly noticed and offered to serve cheese next time.
It was tasty, but the quality matched the price, so I must say it was underwhelming in terms of excitement.
It was a reminder for me after a long time.
