【Sour Con Spirit】
A refreshing sour ale with a wheat base.
It features a subtle lemon flavor from lemongrass and lemon verbena, complemented by the elegant citrus notes of cardamom.
▶︎ The herbs and spices hit the spot, leading to an immediate decision to order.
I was a bit nervous about sour ales being too tart, but this one had a pleasant acidity, reminiscent of a blend between lemon beer and lemon sour.
The aroma of cardamom gently unfolds in the latter half, allowing you to enjoy the lingering finish.
【Masala Stout】
A stout inspired by masala chai, infused with five spices including cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
▶︎ Once again, the spices were spot on, prompting me to order another.
What a brewery that perfectly matches my taste!
I was a bit anxious ordering a stout, as they can sometimes be heavy and tiresome towards the end, but this one was light and refreshing, with a spicy aroma that made every last sip enjoyable.
【Elderflower Ale】
A harmonious blend of elderflower aroma reminiscent of muscat, fruity esters from Belgian yeast, and malt sweetness.
▶︎ Once again, the elderflower was a hit (this is the third time!).
The elderflower elegantly and beautifully scents this beer, which left the strongest impression on me.
Despite its floral aroma, it’s a beer I could easily want to drink again tomorrow without getting tired of it.
I would be thrilled to have a brewery like this in my neighborhood...
