The Shibuya location offers a higher level of quality.
I made a reservation for Friday lunch.
There were plenty of available seats.
I ordered the JPY 1800 lunch course, which had the same menu as the Shibuya location.
However, the Carlozo here used squid ink, differing from the one I had in Shibuya, so I decided to try it!
The appetizers and pasta paella were the same as in Shibuya.
The salad made with crab miso seemed to have more crab at the Shibuya location, giving a more satisfying crab flavor.
I was a bit disappointed since my experience in Shibuya was so remarkable.
As for the squid ink Carlozo, it was average.
I preferred the one at Shibuya that used perilla.
Of course, it was tasty, but I might have had higher expectations because Shibuya set such a high standard.
The tableware was stylish and the atmosphere was very pleasant!

My impression was that for a course priced at JPY 10,000, the quality was lacking.
I reserved a year-end course. While there were nine dishes and coffee, they leaned more towards fusion rather than authentic Spanish cuisine.
- Seasonal Non-Alcoholic Sangria with yuzu and apple, which was delicious!
- Coca, a fried version of prosciutto served as an appetizer.
- Assorted Appetizers Platter with three types: Thai Carpaccio, Pâté, and Grilled Cod Roe in ponzu sauce—all were decent and tasty.
- Sopa de Ajo, a garlic and tomato soup. This was my first time trying it, and it was delightful! It had a flavor reminiscent of Sanratan.
- Venison Croquettes had a noticeable gamey taste, and I couldn't detect the cheese much.
- Salmon Salad was a classic pairing of salmon and cream cheese, but it lacked any creative twist.
- Truffle Soufflé Omelet was entirely different from a traditional Spanish omelet. Its flavor resembled chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) or Korean gyeran jjim, giving it a somewhat cheap taste.
- Beef Steak didn't have any Spanish elements, but the meat was tender and delicious!
- Shrimp Broth Fideuà was a pasta paella featuring hard-fried pasta and something resembling macaroni. While the shrimp flavor was apparent, the seasoning felt a bit junky, tasting like yakisoba with shrimp broth. It wasn't bad, but...
- Basque Cheesecake might have been the best dish. It was subtly sweet and just perfect for a dessert after a meal.
If this was priced around JPY 5,000, I would find it reasonable, but it definitely lacks refinement.
