I visited this restaurant because I stayed at the hotel.
While my experience with the hotel itself was a bit surprising, the restaurant had excellent service and the overall food was delicious.
The bonito amuse was fresh, and the duck terrine appetizer was delightful without any strong flavor.
The bread selection included rice flour bread and whole grain bread, which showed their attention to quality.
The fish dish had crispy skin, and I chose venison for the meat dish.
I was a bit worried since it was my first time trying venison, but it was delicious and didn’t have any unpleasant taste.
Overall, the portions were quite generous, and I felt a bit bad for leaving some behind.
The dessert, chestnut Mont Blanc and hojicha ice cream, was absolutely wonderful; I particularly wished I could have had more of the chestnut!
Since I prefer lighter seasoning, a few dishes felt slightly salty to me, but I think it would be just fine for most people.
