We have moved to the second floor of the old Abbey Court building, across from Church Street Karuizawa. Please enjoy our rice bowls made with plenty of seafood from Hokkaido. You can dine while looking down at the crowds on Ginza Street.
Just a stone's throw from Church Street Karuizawa, this specialty restaurant offers delicious kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot) unique to the mountain town of Karuizawa. We also have sweet treats available!
A specialized kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot) restaurant located just off the Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza Street. We use high-quality Koshihikari rice from Nagano Prefecture, paired with carefully sele...cted seafood and mountain delicacies unique to Shinshu, offering eight different types of kamameshi.
The flavor of the Koshihikari rice, infused with the essence of the ingredients, is simply exquisite. Each pot of kamameshi is meticulously cooked and comes with soba noodles, two side dishes, and miso soup.
We also offer delightful desserts like chestnut zenzai and cream anmitsu, making it a perfect spot for a casual visit.
