I was looking for a place to enjoy Shinshu beef, but all the restaurants I had picked were either temporarily closed or sold out, leaving me at a loss. Then, I happened to pass by this restaurant. Seeing the words 'Shinshu beef' made me decide to give it a try!
There were about 3 or 4 groups ahead of me, but I was determined to wait.
Since I had traveled all the way to Nagano, I wanted to indulge in something delicious, so I chose the Premium Shinshu Beef Hamburg Steak. After quite a long wait, I finally got to meet my hamburger.
I was feeling a bit down from the long wait, but one bite changed everything. I had eaten hamburgers at various places before, but this one was on a completely different level of deliciousness. The meat was, of course, tasty, but the sauce on top was unbelievably good. It felt more like a miso-based sauce rather than a traditional demi-glace, and it was truly a shocking level of deliciousness.
