I had a reservation for Sunday night, but all the window seats were fully booked.
The waiter provided the attentive yet friendly service typical of Hoshino, making for a pleasant start.
I chose a pairing for the drinks.
As frequently mentioned, there were three appetizers before the main course, and each was exquisite.
Among them, the vegetable galette was exceptional.
More than 30 types of vegetables were beautifully arranged on the plate, prepared in a way that highlights their quality, whether warm or cold.
