I play golf fairly often, but since I usually stick to the Kanto area, I haven't had the chance to golf in Karuizawa—this was actually my first time!
I was invited to a golf competition at Naka Karuizawa Country Club, and I realized that it’s quite far from Tokyo! Staying overnight would definitely be necessary.
The golf course was fantastic, and the weather was perfect.
The restaurant was also very beautiful, with terrace seating available. (Unfortunately, the terrace was full, so I had to sit indoors.)
Since Nagano is famous for soba, I decided to try some, and it was absolutely delicious.
