On Saturday, I participated in a competition.
After finishing the half, I headed to the restaurant.
I sat at a terrace table outside the restaurant.
Cheers with a frozen lemon sour!
Frozen lemons serve as ice, which is great because it doesn’t dilute the drink!
For my meal, I ordered the
Tateshina Pork Loin Katsu Gozen for JPY 2,300.
The double-fried crispy katsu was delightful.
I enjoyed it with mustard and sauce!
I couldn’t stop with this combination of sour drinks (laughs).
So, I ordered another frozen lemon sour!
I finished it all with just the right amount of rice.
The nameko mushroom and wakame miso soup was delicious.
It was a great meal!
For the party, we had appetizers,
gyoza soup, and sushi.
I enjoyed them with highballs and frozen lemon sours!
The egg yolk marinated in miso was smooth and tasty!
The duck and camembert cheese were also great.
Everything was delicious.
