Whenever I visit Karuizawa, I always stop by this croquette shop.
The owner calls out from the back, "Let me know when you’ve made your order."
After placing my order, he comes out when it’s time to pay.
I wait about 7 to 8 minutes for my freshly fried croquettes.
They are incredibly delicious.
There’s sauce available in the shop, but they taste so good that I don’t even need it.
I ordered the menchi katsu, but I want to try the other items as well.
It was a great meal!
