I embarked on a leisurely gourmet journey while visiting the Shiraito Falls.
First up was breakfast at a restaurant and bakery managed by the famous Hoshino Resorts, situated within the Hoshinoya Onsen grounds.
The breakfast menu offers several options, but I chose the fresh vegetable salad and bread.
The chilled corn potage was made by blending corn and milk into a smooth consistency. It was pure and natural, delivering an incredible taste.
The salad bowl was filled with plenty of fresh vegetables, topped with Greek cheese and cherries, providing delightful bursts of sweet and sour flavors.
The naturally leavened bread had a strong aroma of wheat and was delicious even without any toppings.
Despite it being a Sunday morning with many people around, I was able to enter without much wait.
I felt truly refreshed after taking in the negative ions and enjoying the organic vegetables.
As a side note, this is my first post from Nagano Prefecture, and I couldn't be more satisfied to discover such a wonderful place!♡
By the way, you can also enjoy eat-in options with bread and drinks at the attached bakery.
