Our handmade "Karuisawa Tofu" is made using high-quality, non-GMO soybeans sourced from Karuisawa or Shinshu, specifically the "Nakasennari" variety. We use only the purest water from Karuisawa and natural seawater nigari from Sado for the production. No antifoaming agents are used. (For more details, feel free to ask in-store.) |
