Experience the authentic taste of hand-made soba, crafted with care using selected water and cool highland flour. Our flavorful, stone-ground soba incorporates powdered young soba leaves with minimal ...binding agents.
In addition, we offer a variety of seasonal dishes made with local Shinshu ingredients, as well as a selection of a la carte items like horse sashimi, sashimi, and fried dishes.
We also accept reservations for various banquets. From August to the end of October, we are open for dinner from 17:30 to 21:00 (last order at 20:00).
